USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Earlier, we had reported that Emraan Hashmi would soon be seen playing a man in uniform in his next venture Captain Nawab. Well, now we hear that the actor will be undergoing some serious prep work to play an army man in the film that is inspired by true events.
Talking about his prep work, Emraan stated that since he has never played a character that is so physically demanding before, he will need to do a certain form of military training for a couple of months. In fact, Hashmi will undergo a boot camp-style workshop too which includes army training and learning how to use rifles and guns. Apart from the physicality required for the role, Emraan's character in the film will also demand a certain body language that has to suit his part. For this, Hashmi will again be undergoing workshops that range from how to hold a weapon to how to walk. For this, the actor will be approaching military personnel to assist in the training.
As for the film, while Captain Nawab will be the first time Emraan features as not just an actor but also a producer. He is looking to commence work on the film only after he finishes shooting for Badshaaho and training for his part.
