The ongoing tension between Pakistan and India is only rising with every passing day. As everyone knows, Bollywood is one of the worst hit industries because of the tension between two warring countries. With the recently passed blanket ban of Pakistani artists in Bollywood, there were many mixed reactions over the same. While many supported the ban fully, there were others who wanted the artists to be considered as artists and not to be included as terrorists who mean harm to the nation. One such person who did not favour the ban of Pakistani artists in Bollywood is Salman Khan. After Salman gave a statement in the favor of Pakistani artists a recent press conference, the supporters of BJP MLA Sangeet Som have burnt his effigy at Khatoli town in Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh). The agitated workers of Sangeet Som Sena even staged a demonstration and threatened to boycott Salman Khan’s films. Watch this space for developments.
