The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 45-year-old Moncton man.
James Kenneth Fraser was last seen at a residence on Elmwood Drive on November 21, 2016, at around 11 a.m. He was reported missing to the Codiac RCMP on December 4.
James Fraser is described as Caucasian, measuring about 5’4” tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and dirty-blond hair that is greying at the temples, and wears glasses.
