A resident of Oshawa was arrested yesterday by members of the DRPS Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) and charged with child porn related offences.
On Thursday November 17, 2011, ICE investigators executed a search warrant upon a Simcoe Street North apartment unit and arrested the 46-year-old resident, without incident. Members of the ICE Unit seized two computers and a large quantity of DVD’s.
Joseph Ingram, age 46 of Simcoe Street North in Oshawa is charged with: Possession Child Pornography; Accessing Child Pornography; Distribution of Child Pornography and Making Child Pornography. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
