The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.
Denis Balak, 73, was last seen on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at approximately 2 p.m., in theBloor Street West and High Park Avenue area.
He is described as 6′, with a heavy build, short grey hair, brown eyes and also missing some teeth. He was last seen wearing a dark red hoodie, khaki pants and white sneakers.
Police are concerned for the wellbeing as he is prone to falls.
