The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.
Harold Okoth, 21, was last seen on Friday, September 22, 2017, at approximately 8 a.m., in the Dixon Road and Islington Avenue area.
He is described as 5’10”, 161 lbs., thin build, black hair, brown eyes, black moustache. No clothing description is available.
Police are concerned for his safety.
