The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Paul Richard Smith, 32, was last seen on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 3 p.m. in the area of Jane St. and Wilson Ave..
He is described as black, 5'6", 150 lbs., with curly black hair, brown eyes and a lazy left eye.
Police are concerned for his safety.
