USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Child Luring investigation.
In December 2022, the Sex Crimes Unit – Internet Child Exploitation Section started an investigation.
It is alleged that:
- a man communicated online with an individual he believed to be a 13 year old girl
- the man sent sexually explicit messages and images to the “girl”
- on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the man arranged to meet the “girl” in Toronto
It is further alleged that the communication took place on websites and Instagram with usernames:
- Lawyer2SpoilU
- theporkchop7
Jacinto Vieira, 52, of Richmond Hill, is charged with:
- three counts of Luring a Person Under 16 by Means of Telecommunication
- three counts of Distributing Sexually Explicit Material to a Person Under 16
- Invitation to Sexual Touching
- Making Child Pornography
- Possession of Child Pornography
He was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 10 a.m., at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, room 412.
