The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Sergey Kotylev, 40, was last seen on Monday, April 8, 2013, at 9 a.m., in the Bathurst Street/Sheppard Avenue West area.
He is described as white, 5’10”, 176 lbs., with short brown hair and a mole under his right eye. He was wearing a blue long-sleeve T-shirt, blue denim pants, a long black winter jacket and black winter boots.
Police are concerned for his safety.
