Cure constipation as it can also result in skin breakouts. Include fibers and plenty of water to get rid of constipation. Instead of worrying about your skin problems, you need to get a cure for constipation. Once you get rid of constipation, you will start having glowing skin.
For smooth complexion, you have to protect your skin from sun. The sun causes more damage to your skin. Age spots, wrinkles, freckles and rough skin are all the symptoms of too much exposure to the sun. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen before going outside.
If you want home remedies for having glowing skin then you don’t have to worry. Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get glowing skin.
After taking a bath, make sure to use a good moisturizer on your whole body. Shower again after an hour and repeat twice a month.
