Thanks to Bridget Jones’s Diary and Marc Darcy’s unfortunate reindeer jumper, ugly Christmas sweater parties have been all the rage for the last few years. Every year I get invited to a slew of bashes where wearing a faux pas is de rigueur, so it’s pretty safe to say that owning at least one ugly Christmas sweater is a must.
