Italian Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Recipe

Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola 


• 4 pc filet mignon, about 3 1/2 oz. each

• 1 shallot (chopped)

• 1/2 cup gorgonzola (melted)

• 4 pieces of toast

• 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper


1• Saute chopped shallot and garlic clove.

2• Brown filets.

3• Place each filet on a piece of toast and pour on the melted gorgonzola and season as desired.

4• Serve with potatoes.
