White Radish Salad
Ingredients:
lb. White radishes (Daikon)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped coriander (Chinese parsley)
Seasonings:
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. ea. sugar, sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
Peel and shred the daikon. Add salt and let stand for 1 hour.
Rinse the salt off in clear water and drain. Add the seasonings then toss lightly. Serve.
