Mexican Fast Vegetable Soup Recipe

Fast Vegetable Soup 


1 (19 ounce) can minestrone soup

1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained


Combine all ingredients in a 2-1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, stirring twice.
