Chinese Fried Cabbage Recipe

Chinese Fried Cabbage 

Serves 2 to


2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 ½ lb. Chinese cabbage, shredded

3/8 cup water

2 tsp. soy sauce

1 tsp flour

½ tsp sugar


Heat the oil in wok

Add the garlic and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add cabbage and cook for 6 minutes, stirring

Mix the water, soy sauce and flour together to form a smooth paste. Stir in the sugar then stir into the pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Served at once.
