Salmon Recipe : Salmon in a Lemon Butter Sauce


2 x 175 g (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinned
1/2 packet Schwartz Fish Mix for Lemon Butter Sauce For Salmon
225 ml (8 fl oz) milk
12 g (1/2 oz) butter

Method :

Cook the salmon on the grill for 15minutes – the fish should still be juicy.

Blend the packet contents with the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat,

stirring continuously.

Add the butter at the end and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve to your Valentine with love.
