1/2 packet Schwartz Fish Mix for Lemon Butter Sauce For Salmon
225 ml (8 fl oz) milk
12 g (1/2 oz) butter
Cook the salmon on the grill for 15minutes – the fish should still be juicy.
Blend the packet contents with the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat,
Add the butter at the end and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
