Inspiration

Inspiration……………I often wonder what inspires one……some synonyms for the word inspiration are “motivation”, “stimulation”, “idea”, “muse”, “encouragement”……………

Motivation can be intrinsic or extrinsic…………. intrinsic motivation is the inner light or guidance…..people who are intrinsically motivated stand above the cloud ……they seem to flow through life, with passion, all they do is wrapped with joy, all they touch can feel their energy . People seek their company and their presence has a quiet, and strong impact on the surroundings.

How does one build intrinsic motivation. We exist in a world of cause and effect, rewards and punishment, success and failure. All these dualities create a conflict within. When we have conflict within we are working with an inner energy that is dissipated. Finding our inner passions , who we are and what we like to do, spending time daily with your hobbies, aligns with our own sense of self ……….. Creating a flowing energy.
