The two had been arraigned in court for allegedly killing three people following a clash after an English Premier League match between arch-rivals Manchester United and Arsenal.
A war of words broke out between a fan and the two bodyguards at a night club in Yirol West County of Lakes State after the May 2nd match pitting England’s biggest football clubs.
It is alleged that the infuriated bodyguards stormed the house of the fan where they shot two people on the spot.
A young girl was also shot during the melee.
Presiding judge Mathiang Malek adjourned the court hearing in order to consult with the Court of Appeal in the Lakes State capital Rumbek.
The hearing was attended by the victim’s family side and the accused.
