Security: Residents Urged To Support Government Efforts

County Commissioner Major William Oyet has called upon the residents to work with the state government in tackling crime in towns and along highways.

He commended the apparent growing number of people voluntarily working with law enforcement officials by assisting them in identifying criminals or suspects.

The Commissioner also called upon the state residents to voluntarily join in the efforts.

The move has been welcomed by the state residents, who have said additional funding would however, be needed.

Insecurity has been blamed for the slow pace of development in the infant nation.
