“Today all promises of development have been fulfilled – the dream and aim of governor have come true, congratulation Mr. Governor,” said Manyang.
Yirol East County community in Lakes State received mobile communication network for the first time since the country gained independence last year.
Zain communication network controlled by Republic of South Sudan government opened in Yirol East County.
There is excitement from the community as they can be able to communicate and transact business easily using their phones.
Yirol East County neighbours Jonglei and Unity states which have experienced cattle raiding incidences in recent days.
