While calling for support from fellow party members and the outgoing team to meaningfully rally behind her so to achieve assignments she is carrying, Ms. Bibiyan Candido who took over as the SPLM chair from Ms Flora Ikoli said she is prepared to meet expectations of the party.
She appeals for cooperation from party members irrespective of gender categories saying teamwork always brings success.
“Cooperation is a key component of accomplishing goal or set objective without which there will always be no attainment at any cost. Time has come, let’s raise SPLM party’s name by working for a common goal,” she said.
She notes that a party like SPLM without women is not proven a party as it won’t achieve goals alone saying always at a family level, there is always a woman to bear children and to become a wife to her partner.
“This is the case in the party as there is no exception here,” she raises as she articulates that her new team will move to translate party objective accordingly to the grassroots which she says will include party documents containing policies and principles.
Then leader clarifies that teamwork important and it is always a learned skill which exists to accomplish much success of any given assignments.
Cooperation making one feels optimistic, Candido has said that it is factually true that one can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed as teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision.
The repeatedly says she will always seek support from the outgoing team so to enable her team succeed in whatever endeavour it undertakes.
“Willingness to cooperate in common tasks makes living happy and fruitful,” she emphasizes.
