A delegation from the Egyptian Embassy in South Sudan visited Western Bahr el Ghazal State capital Wau, on Tuesday and said that they will invest in animal and fisheries products in the region.

The delegation headed by, Sader Shebi told the press that the aim of the visit is building the capabilities of working staff in the project and further enhance their research in the projects.

“We are here with two technical teams responsible for two projects, one of them is the fishery project and another one is animals’ production project. The aim of this visit is to

build up the capability of working staff in such projects and also there is a research aim on the project in Western Bahr el Ghazal State,” he said.

Shebl said the projects will soon be unveiled as they are now in the last stages of preparation.

“We are in a very advanced stage of the projects. By ending these stages the coming step is to sign the executive contract between the two governments and then the implementation of the projects,” he added.

The team is now engaged in bilateral talks with the State government officials.
