Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) remains confident to successfully form the next government. PTI Chief Imran Khan acknowledges the crucial nature of the upcoming election and stays firm at winning with hefty votes. Khan was addressing locals of Kholiyan Bala village after his party’s election campaign on Tuesday. Khan was welcomed by a large number of PTI workers and office bearers at Jhari Kas, the gateway to Hazara, who took him to Haripur. Khan announced that PTI will officially commence the election campaign on March 23.
“Let all the political parties form alliance, the PTI would return successful,” Khan said.
Khan claimed that these political alliances will do no good to the corrupt and failed parties. He went on accusing President Asif Zardari (PPP-P) and Nawaz Sharif (PML-N) for working in their own interests which adversely affected their voter bank and general public.
“Despite rampant incidents of killing, abduction and extortion, not a single perpetrator has been executed for these heinous crimes. The government’s writ seems nowhere in the country. The rulers are becoming billionaires, while the nation is becoming poorer with each passing day,” the PTI chairman maintained.
He reiterated that Zardari and Nawaz have been piling assets in foreign banks. They cannot speak for the public as they have never experienced the problems a common man experiences in this country. He announced to hold a historical public gathering on March 23 at Minar-e-Pakistan.
“The rulers have made a grave mistake by plunging the country, people and the army into the US war on terrorism in which over 5 million people have lost their lives,” Imran observed.
