Opposition Leader NA Ch Nisar Ali of PML-N has announced three nominations for caretaker prime minister after consulting all the opposition parties. Names of Nasir Aslam Zahid, Shakirullah Jan and Rasool Bakhsh Palejo will be proposed to Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf through a letter today.

Nisar said all the parties in opposition have been taken on board; however, a representative from Jamaat-e-Islami will consult Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf on these names and write a letter to the premier. Also, nominations for caretaker CM slot have been finalized too. CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif would propose two names in a letter to the opposition leader.

Refuting the allegations against PML-N for collaborating with PPP, Nisar claimed that there has been no consensus on dissolving the National and provincial assemblies on the same day. He accepted favoring the dissolving process on the same day, but affirmed there are more important factors to consider to ensure transparent election.

Nisar went on accusing the finance ministry of manipulating the national funds to back the personal interests of ruling PPP party. He urged the Supreme Court of Pakistan to keep a vigil on the ministry and ascertain transparency of their dealings. He darned FBR chairman claiming that the PML-N would get hold of all the corrupt elements if it comes to power.

According to Nisar, the FBR chairman is a political appointee supporting President Zardari and financing his luxuries. He accused him of clearing dubious cases of influential people through agreements. Nisar accused the finance ministry of creating a special fund for PPP.
