The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Xuchao Li, 19, was last seen on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 7:30 a.m., in the Bayview Avenue and York Mills Road area.
He is described as 5’7″, with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black winter coat with a red sweater underneath the coat and dark pants.
Police are concerned for his safety.
