Derek Whitney, 31, was last seen on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at 11:16 a.m., in the area of Ossington Avenue and Dupont Street.
He is described as 6′, 200 lbs., with a medium build, short brown hair, and unshaven.
Police are concerned for his safety.
