Ismail Qaman, 21, was last seen on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at approximately 7:45 p.m., in the Mount Olive Drive and Kipling Avenue area.
He is described as 6â€
2�, 160 lbs., with short black hair. He was wearing a blue golf shirt, grey sweat pants and grey running shoes.
Ismail uses nonverbal communication. Police are concerned for his safety.
