The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Joceline Mukabaramba, 40, was last seen on Friday, September 27, 2019, at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the Neilson Road and Ellesmere Road area.
She is described as 5'3", 170 lbs. She was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, a pink top, and a red and black coat.
Police are concerned for her safety.
