Toronto man Paul Rousseau charged in child pornography investigation

On Tuesday, November 5, 2019, officers from the Child Exploitation Section made an arrest in the Don Valley Parkway and York Mills Road area, following a Criminal Code Search warrant.

It is alleged:

– Between November 2018 and November 2019 a man accessed and possessed child sexual abuse material on the internet

Paul Rousseau, 62 and of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1) Two counts of Possess Child Pornography
2) Two counts of Access Child Pornography

He is scheduled to appear at court on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 2 p.m., at 1000 Finch Avenue West, room 301.
