The Hamilton Police Service is alerting the community after two Hamilton men were arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault.

Adam SAINSBURY, 37 years of age of Hamilton and Ronald HOWARD, 53 years of age of Hamilton have a medical condition, requiring notice to sexual partners of their medical condition prior to sexual contact. To do otherwise, substantiates an offence of Aggravated Sexual Assault.

Hamilton Police received information that the two men were allegedly participating in unprotected sexual encounters, and not providing notice to the sexual partner. These allegations were investigated by the Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit. On March 17th, 2011, Adam SAINSBURY was arrested and attended a bail hearing held today. Ronald HOWARD was arrested today and is being held pending a Bail Hearing scheduled for March 19th, 2011.
