District 5 RCMP have arrested three men in connection with a serious assault that took place outside of the Morgan Pub in Richibucto on March 11, 2011.
21-year-old Colton Augustine, 21-year-old Jesse Simon, and 18-year-old Harvey Francis Jr. all from Elsipogtog N.B. have been charged with aggravated assault.
The three men have been remanded into custody and are scheduled for a bail hearing on Monday, March 28, 2011, at 9:30 am in Moncton Provincial Court.
One of two victims remains in hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are possible.
