Toronto police officer Brandon Fraser charged for sexually assaulting young boys

A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged.

Constable Brandon Fraser, 24, with seven months’ service, is currently attached to 42 Division

It is alleged that:

– between January 2009 and May 2009, the accused sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy

It is further alleged that:

– between September 2010 and March 2011, the accused was in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy.

On the evening of Monday, March 28, 2011, the accused was arrested by members of the Toronto Police Service Professional Standards Unit and charged with:

1 Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
3) Sexual Exploitation

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, 10 a.m., room 101.

Police believe there may be other victims.
