On Sunday, March 27th, 2011, at approximately 2:15 AM, a 21 and 22 year old male had just left a local bar, located on Richmond Street. A verbal argument began with a number of persons on the sidewalk in front of the bar. The two males were quickly swarmed by a number of people and fell to the ground. A male unknown to the two victims, stood over top of the 22 year old male, who was face down on the sidewalk and began to kick him in the face and the upper shoulder.
The victims were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Mark Noye, 20 years of Wasaga Beach has been charged with one count of Assault.
