The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa Male with one count of sexual assault as a result of an incident that occurred in the East End on April 6, 2011.
An investigation was commenced on April 8, 2011 after an 18-year old woman complained that she was inappropriately touched by a Lab Technician while attending at a Medical Facility for blood work.
Patrick Bellot GUISTE, age 23, was arrested on April 12, 2011 and will appear in court today.
