The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 24 year old, Kurtis Brian Joseph HASTINGS.
HASTINGS is described as: Male, Caucasian, 6’00” in height, 243 lbs., medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
HASTINGS was released on Statutory Release on March 2nd, 2011. A Canada-Wide Warrant has since been issued for HASTINGS as a result of breaching his parole conditions.
