The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa man with one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Sexual Assault of a Person with a Disability, as a result of an incident that occurred on a Para-Transpo Bus.
An investigation was commenced on May 12, 2011, after a 26-year old woman complained that she had been sexually assaulted by the driver of her Para-Transpo Bus during the evening hours on May 11, 2011.
Victor Manuel FUENTES, age 53, of Ottawa was arrested on May 13, 2011 and is scheduled to appear in court May 14, 2011.
