The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an 11 year old female, Tara FERLAND. FERLAND was last seen on May 18th, 2011.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers FERLAND to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
FERLAND is described as: Aboriginal, 5’2” tall, 103 lbs., shoulder length black hair and brown eyes. FERLAND was last seen wearing: a black zip up sweater with a pink stripe, a black tank top, dark blue jeans and black shoes.
