7 year old girl sexually assaulted, London man arrested

On Sunday May 29, 2011, the London Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged 42-year-old Daniel Swarath of Sarnia Ontario with three sex-related offences involving a 7-year-old female child who lives in the area of Blackacres Blvd, London, Ontario.

Swarath has been charged with one count each of invitation to sexual touching, exposing genitals to person under 16 years of age and paying for the sexual services of a person under 18.

Swarath was unknown to the victim prior to this contact.

The London Police Service is investigating an occurrence that occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday May 21, 2011 in the area of Blackacres Boulevard and Edgehill Road, London. An unidentified male parked in a private lot and had a young girl look into his car where she observed his exposed genitals.

The male is described as being in his 40’s, overweight with dark skin, being possibly of Asian descent with black hair and a black goatee. He was driving an older model black car.
