On Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 1:10 p.m., police responded to a report of a pedestrian-struck collision in the Bathurst Street/Dewlane Drive area.
It is reported that:
– an 82-year-old man was walking westbound on the north sidewalk of Dewlane Drive, when he fell on a private driveway, just east of Bathurst Street,
– an SUV, driven by a 53-year-old woman, struck the man.
He was taken to hospital.
On Sunday, June 12, 2011, the man succumbed to his injuries.
