A Canada Wide Warrant for being Unlawfully At Large, has been issued for Benny Rae ARMSTRONG, 25 years old.
While on Parole, ARMSTRONG failed to return to St. Patrick’s House in Prince George on June 9th, 2011. He is described as being 188 cm (6’2"), 75 kgs (166 lbs), brown hair with green eyes. He has a tattoo of "MOB" on his left elbow and a tattoo of a mushroom and "shroom power" on his left forearm.
ARMSTRONG should be considered dangerous and should not be approached.
