On the 20th of June 2011, the Greater Sudbury Police, Criminal Investigations Division concluded a lengthy investigation in regards to a sexual assault complaint against a local doctor.
Police attended at the Val Caron Medical Clinic, 2956 Highway 69 North, Val Caron where Dr. Alfred NKUT, 46 years of age was arrested and charged accordingly.
The accused stands charged with the following offences:
5 counts of Sexual Assault
1 count of Assault
The accused appeared at bail court on the 21st of June 2011.
