On Sunday, December 2, 2007, at 1:21 a.m., police received a 9-1-1 call, from a townhouse complex at 110 Empringham Drive, for a shooting.

Pierre Oliver Ellis, 23, of Toronto, is wanted for First Degree Murder.

He is described as black, 5’9", medium build with black hair.

He is to be considered armed and dangerous

On Tuesday, June 28, 2011, Pierre Oliver Ellis, 24, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 42 Division, and he has been charged with First Degree Murder.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, 10 a.m.
