The Winnipeg Police Service’s Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16 year old Caitlin MOUSSEAU. She was last seen late Monday afternoon July 11th 2011 at approximately 4:00 pm in the St. James area of Winnipeg.

The Winnipeg Police Service considers MOUSSEAU to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are very concerned for her well-being. MOUSSEAU frequents the Downtown and West End areas of the City. Her main modes of travel are on foot or via Transit. It is believed that she intends to leave Winnipeg and travel to Portage La Prairie.

MOUSSEAU is described as Aboriginal, 5’6”, 134 lbs with a medium build, medium length brown hair that was worn up and brown eyes. She has a large rose tattoo on her upper right arm and cherries tattooed on her right ankle. She was last seen wearing an off white t-shirt with one short sleeve the other side sleeveless, blue jeans and white flip flops.

Anyone with information regarding MOUSSEAU’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
