The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year old female, Carlene PRUDEN. She was last seen Sunday, July 17th in the area of St. Matthews Avenue and Clifton Street.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers PRUDEN to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are very concerned for her well-being.
PRUDEN is described as aboriginal, 5’2”, 125lbs, medium length black hair, brown eyes, wearing blue jeans shorts and a black and white shirt.
Anyone with information regarding PRUDEN’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
UPDATE: Carlene has been located.
