Jason Daniel CRAMER was located and arrested early this morning by RCMP.
Early this morning CRAMER was arrested without incident for murder. He was located in the vicinity of the original incident by members of the Vancouver Island Emergency Response Team(ERT) .He will be held in custody and will be processed through the courts later today.
Nanaimo RCMP Forensics are presently examining the scene at Harrison Way, where Elaine SCHWARZ, age 50 and her 18 year old son Trevor SCHWARZ were found. Her son was airlifted to Victoria General hospital and is recovering from his injuries.
RCMP personnel will be assisting the local Detachment for the next several days while the investigation continues and will be responding to calls for service.
