On Thursday, August 11, 2011, members of the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit – Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant in the Kingston Road/Woodbine Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
– during the search warrant, police seized a quantity of computer equipment containing child abuse images
Robert Van Hezewyk, 52, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Possession of Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
3) Make Available Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at 10 a.m.
