The Personal assistant of Late King of Pop Michael Jackson will be a witness in front of the jury about the disarray inside Jackson rooms at the time when Dr. Conrad Murray recognized that he was no longer breathing.
The Trial of Dr. Murray begins today where the prosecutors will present the audio of Micheal Jackson in a drugged state a few weeks before he passed away.
Reports of Michael’s sleeping trouble between rehearsals between his comeback tour “This is it” is the main talking points, something that will be used by the prosecutors.
Dr. Murray has been accused by Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney David Walgren of using surgical anesthetic for treating sleeping disorder of Michael Jackson for two months leading to his death in June 2009. Mr. David Walgren said that Murray “Abandoned all principles of medical care”
He also said the cause of the Icons death is the heightened propofol intoxication.
Ed Chernoff the defense lawyer of Dr. Murray said that Michael contributed to his own death by taking heave sedatives and consuming propofol without the consent of Dr. Murray
Dr. Murray said” Micheal created a perfect storm that killed him instantly, When Dr. Murray came into the room and found Michael Jackson, there was no CPR, no paramedic, no machine that was going to revive Michael Jackson, He died so rapidly, so instantly that he didn’t have time to close his eyes,”
