On Sunday, October 2, 2011, at 3:12 a.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Crawford Street/Lobb Avenue area.
It is reported that:
– police located a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the body
– he was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead
He has been identified as Jefflin Beals, 25, of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Monday, October 3, 2011.
