141 lbs (64kg)
Hazel eyes
Short brown hair
Possibly wearing a green khaki army coat, green suit and black cap with two white stripes on it.
He may also have a cream sweater with the letter ‘O’ on the back.
It is believed that he could be in the occupy Toronto area or in the Barrie area.
Police and family are concerned for Harriman’s welfare due to recent events in Karl’s life.
