Mounties charge Moncton man in connection with arson at business

On November 8, 2011, members of the Codiac Regional RCMP arrested a man in connection with a fire at a business on Berry Mills Road on August 24, 2011.

22-year-old Jeremy Finck, of Moncton, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on November 9 and has been charged with one count of arson. He has been ordered to undergo a 30-day psychiatric assessment and is scheduled to return to court on December 7, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. for a bail hearing.

The investigation is ongoing and further charges are anticipated.
